Your God is with you!

“Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, ‘Rulers of the people and elders of Israel: If we this day are judged for a good deed done to a helpless man, by what means he has been made well” Acts 4:7-9, NKJV.

“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you” Deuteronomy 31:6, NKJV.

When the disciples were filled, they spoke. It speaks to the truth that we aren’t doing this by ourselves. Jesus is in us, and there’s an anointing we carry, a grace the Lord provides to walk in, affirming we are not on our own.

When the Lord speaks to your heart and asks you to share Jesus with someone. You are not on your own. His Spirit is right there with you to fill your mouth and give you the words to say. As you step out in faith to pray for someone’s healing, you are not on your own. His power is there. He’s with you when you step out in faith into your calling. Even in your forgiveness, blessing your enemy, or giving to help someone in need, He’s there working through that work of love so they encounter Him.

Be mindful that wherever you go, whatever you do today, you are not alone. Your God is with you!

Prayer: Father, I give you praise and glory. I thank you that I’m not doing this by myself. I don’t have to be afraid. You’re on my side. As I spend time with you, fill me Holy Spirit. Fill me with power and joy that gives me strength. Whatever you want to do through me today, I’m not on my own. You are with me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
