Your Cup Runs Over

June 22, 2020

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over” Psalm 23:5, NKJV.

I want you to literally get a cup and set it in front of you. As you look at that cup, say this with me: My cup isn’t empty. My cup isn’t full. My cup runs over.

Running over in the Hebrew here means satisfaction and wealth. You have no shortages in every area of your life, including Christ in you. When God says your cup runs over, He means it. He has given you all things that pertain to life and godliness. Jesus is your Good Shepherd and as a shepherd overflows the cup for their sheep, so does Christ do for his sheep.

Some things you may not physically have in your hands yet, but you will. He has prepared a table before your enemies for you. You will see the goodness and mercy of God. What you see with your eyes in the distance that God has for you is coming closer and it is about to come to pass. Let it be a reminder that every cup in your life is running over.

Prayer: Father, I sincerely thank You. Jesus causes my cup to run over. You are filling my life with satisfaction and wealth that can’t be explained. It is because of Jesus that I’m blessed and victorious. I access what I need right now and let it run over. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
