Just like words from a good friend, God has something good to say to encourage and revitalize you. He wants to speak directly to you to transform and refresh you.
Let God’s word shape you. Let His word teach you. Let it show you the way. Let it light your path. Let it instruct you. Let it uproot that desire for sin. Let it calm you down. Let it lift you up. Let it remind you of the victory you have in Christ.
It’s the word that will do the work in you. It is full of power. It can save and prosper you soul. It will change your life. There is something in His word for whatever you’re going through. There is something in His word for whatever you’re seeking to achieve.
Sit down, open your Bible and welcome His word into your heart today.
Prayer: Father, with so many things going on, it can be easy to not sit down and hear what You have to say. Help me to humble myself and obey You with welcoming Your word into my life. Your words are the words I need to hear every day, especially regarding what I am facing. As I open the Bible, say something to me that brings me success and victory. Thank You Father.
