“Then Jesus said to them, ‘Children, have you any food?’ They answered Him, ‘No.’ And He said to them, ‘Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.’ So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish” John 21:5-6, NKJV.
In your life, to get something you’ve never had, you will have to do something you’ve never done. It will cost you something. It may not necessarily cost you money, but it will require a higher level of commitment, change, or doing something new you’re not used to doing.
To reap different fruit, you’re going to have to sow different seed. If we keep doing the same things, spending our time the same way, reading the same things, yet expecting different results, our days and years will become repetitive and unfruitful. God’s desire is that your life is filled with new experiences, new knowledge, new income, you become healthier, your marriage gets better, and most of all, you go higher in Him.
Refuse to be stagnant in regards to what you want to see happen in your life. You can be all the Father desires for you to be. God has said it is yours, and Jesus will help you do what you’ve never done.
Prayer: Father, I give You praise! I ask that You show me and help me do what I need to do to have what I’ve never had. I can’t keep doing the same things expecting different results. Help me not to be afraid of what’s required of me. Your grace is sufficient, and You have great plans for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
