“Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You” Jeremiah 32:17, NKJV.
When going through tough situations in your life, it can be a challenge to keep your mind on God. The situation is trying and uncomfortable. Your situation will tell you think on me. Put all of your energy, all of your focus and spend all of your time thinking about me. Give me all of your attention.
Yet, God also is right next to your situation, and says regardless of what you’re going through, you still need to think on Me. You still need to occupy your thoughts with My Word. Meditate on how great I am, and how I am Your peace. Meditate on there’s nothing too hard for Me, and there’s nothing I can’t do!
Ask yourself are you thinking more on the situation than on the God Who can change it? Your circumstance shouldn’t dictate your pursuit for God. Just as rain or shine you will go to work, rain or shine you will seek the Lord!!!
It’s tough, but seek the Lord! Your bank account may be low, but seek the Lord! It may be rocky right now, but seek the Lord! Don’t allow the situation to slow you down, to keep you from church, and from leading your home. Keep your mind on Him. Keep your desire on Him.
Confession: I’m going to trust God today! According to Jeremiah 32:17, there’s nothing He can’t do. Everything is going to be alright. I’m going to occupy my thoughts on His Word! When thoughts about my circumstance come, I’m going to stop myself and I will resist the temptation to think about it and keep thinking on His Word. I’m going to keep seeking Him. I praise Him now! Joy comes now! Hallelujah!
