“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” 1 Corinthians 15:57, NKJV.
Jesus was beaten and nailed to the cross. He died, and it looked like all was lost. It looked like the devil won and defeated Him. Yet, a few days later, He rose in victory. Jesus showed when the Father is with you, and nothing can hold you down. You are never defeated.
Sometimes, the attacks from the enemy may feel like they come from every side, and it may look like you’re going to lose, and those moments don’t necessarily feel good. Yet, don’t underestimate the God Who is with you. Because He is, you are never defeated. As long as God is with you, like Jesus, watch you will rise. He covers you, and your end will be very good.
Goodness and mercy follow you like two arms, always there to pick up both of yours. Don’t be discouraged. The Father is going to put His power on display for you. You’re in Christ, and you’re never defeated.
Prayer: Father, I lift both my hands now in victory. Jesus paid the price and gave every victory to me. He set me free to live and reign. All things even work for my good. No matter how it looks or feels, I praise You now. I’m ready for the day. I’m never defeated. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
