“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light” Matthew 11:28-30, NKJV.
If you decide to join a millionaire in how they live, it won’t be long before you become one. They will mold you and teach you all of the disciplines and secrets to obtaining wealth. You will even learn intangibles by observing them, by hanging around them in meetings and just by merely being in their presence.
When you decide to be meek and learn from God’s Word, you are deciding to learn from Him. When you decide to pray, ask questions and hear what He has to say about how to live, you are walking with Him. You are deciding to come join and learn life from the best–Jesus Christ–and the Master will teach you if you lose your life for Him, you’ll find it (Matthew 10:39). He’ll show how to handle what is before you, walk by faith and live victorious. You will find a mighty rest for your soul. He will mold you into the man God called you to be. No one can change you like the Lord.
Whatever you may face, let nothing detour you from learning from the Lord. He will walk you right through it. You will always arrive at His will, His strength, and His blessings for you.
Prayer: Father, You are God and Creator of all things. You are King, You are love, You are strength, You are wisdom and You are peace. You are all that I need. My desire is to walk and learn from You. Teach me many things today Lord. Disciple me and change me into being more like You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
