“Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him” James 1:12, ESV.
In football, it always gets the toughest at the one-yard line. It gets the toughest when you’re the closest.
My brother, you’re almost there. You may be facing your greatest challenge, but that doesn’t mean something is wrong. You’re just at your one-yard line. At this pivotal point, the devil is throwing everything he can at you because the greatest blessing of your life is on the other side. His tactic is to get you distracted and deter you from what God has spoken to you. You’re so close to those dreams from God, and they’re coming to pass!
You know Him too well and He’s shown you too much to give in now, especially right before you receive. You are at the cusp of experiencing the most awesome place in your life–and I prophesy God is going to amaze you at how He helps you to enter into it.
Prayer: Father, I give all the praise, honor, and glory. Sometimes it gets tough, but through Christ, I will overcome the one-yard line. Your grace is sufficient. I ask for a renewed strength and courage. Help me, Holy Spirit to remain diligent in prayer and in letting You lead me. My dreams are coming to pass! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
