Let Him be your strength.

March 3, 2024

“And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness’…for when I am weak, then I am strong” 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, NKJV.

Throughout scripture, there were men of God who experienced weariness of heart and weakness. They didn’t cover up their moment of weakness, and we miss it as men when we try to cover it up and be strong when some points just, frankly, we’re not. They had to go to God to strengthen them, and just as He helped them, God is with you and will help you. Just as He was their strength, He will be your strength too. The Lord will uphold you by His right hand. He will help you go a little farther. He will help you walk by faith when nothing makes sense. He will help you by His Holy Spirit to keep standing for what is right in His eyes.

Sometimes, go kneel at the altar so you can stand in your life. Keep seeking God for His wisdom, and keep receiving His supernatural strength. He will cause all grace to abound towards you. He will fill you completely and will be your fuel. He will renew and refresh you. He is your strength.

Prayer: Father, I give you praise. I will not cover up my weakness and bear it before you. Yet, when I am weak before you, then I’m made strong. Strengthen me according to your word. Without your strength, I can’t walk another mile. I receive your supernatural help and strength today. Refuel me, LORD. Renew my strength. Refresh me. Jesus, thank you for standing up for me and giving me what I need to overcome. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'” – Isaiah 41:10.
