“So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6, NKJV.
How do you know what to do? How do you know what to decide or which way to turn? With as many thoughts as there are decisions, sometimes, life can feel confusing when God makes things simple. I’ve learned and am learning that it is not by power or might, but by His Spirit. It’s all by His Spirit.
His Spirit will tell you what to do. By His Spirit you will be given the words to speak. His Spirit will say go here or there. His Spirit will unction you on how He says to fix it, or how to work it out. Let go of trying to figure it out in these times, even by your own power to reason, and give the Holy Spirit room to lead you. Then, yield to Him.
Prayer: Father, I give You praise and I worship You. Your Spirit is all I need to win every time. By Your Spirit, I’ll get it done. Teach me to have faith even when I don’t understand Your unction. May I not walk in my own power or reasoning, but yield to Your mighty Spirit. By Your Spirit, I’ll walk in Your will for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
