“Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ” Philippians 1:6, NKJV.
One day as I was driving to work, I saw a large construction site with all kinds of bulldozers, excavators, and more preparing the ground and the infrastructure for what was about to be built. God does the same with us. The Father has exactly in mind what He wants to build, and He has begun a great work in you. He will complete what He’s started in you. It may not feel good, but He is good. It may not look pretty, yet know that He is at work in your life.
You may want the end result, but He wants the infrastructure. He’s preparing you for what He’s bringing to pass in your life. Be encouraged to let Him continue His construction and don’t leave the site. Allow Him to keep doing a good work in you. With the right infrastructure, with the right foundation of Christ in you, He will help you build something beyond what you could ask for or think of in your life.
Prayer: Father, I thank You. Keep working on me. Complete the work You are doing in my life. I won’t leave the site. Sometimes, it doesn’t feel good, but You are good. Form Christ in me. Manifest Your will for my life. Help me to understand this season and what You’re bringing to pass, and let You have Your way. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
