“He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet, and setteth me upon my high places” Psalm 18:33, KJV.
A hind or female red deer have feet that give them the ability to climb rough, mountainous areas with ease. They not only can tread on rocky terrain, but they can also scale mountains gracefully leaping even 12-15 ft. high, and reach the top of high places.
I have to admit, I know you are being challenged. But, hear the Lord: I will make your feet like hinds feet to reach your high places.
When you need hind’s feet, the Lord will give them to you. You can go as high as you need to go. You can reach your high places. No matter the rough terrain you experience, through the Lord, you can with ease leap over it. You can walk on top of them, using them as the footing for your next ascent. The tougher it gets, the more strength He gives you. He is your unlimited Strength. You can go anywhere the Father has destined for you.
Prayer: Father, what a truth to know that You make my feet like hinds’ feet. I thank You not only for hinds’ feet but the strength and confidence that I can overcome all obstacles in my way. I ask for Your grace and I receive it to leap with ease and to tread all rough terrain. Through Christ, I have the strength and freedom to reach my high places. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
