A good word will make you glad

April 13, 2019

“Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad” Proverbs 12:25, ESV.

Your mind is a powerful tool and if you can discipline it to think on the right things, like a good word, you’ll experience the freedom and joy that resides through Christ in us. The Father has left us so much good word to think about and live free, so many mighty promises toward us, which when He couldn’t swear by none greater, He swore by Himself to keep every one He made. He didn’t do it because He had to, but He did it affirm His love and for our peace. He did it to settle all disputing in our heart and mind. For every matter of life, the Father left no room for anxiety and to be weighed down. Everything is going to be alright.

Get a good word from God, put it in your heart and let it make you glad today.

Prayer: Father, I give You all the praise. Thank You for good words that lift me up. I give all anxiety and anything weighing me down to You. I will pray, not worry. Help me to keep my heart and mind on a good word from You. You say You are for me. You say You will provide and that makes me glad. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
