“For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning” Psalm 30:5, ESV.
“From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised!” Psalm 113:3, ESV.
If you notice no matter how dark it gets, the sun breaks through it. It is never held back or restrained. God has commanded it to rise. The sun will always come.
I don’t know what you’re facing, but God has ordained the morning, He has
ordained the sun to come in your life. It may look dark right now, but don’t worry. It may appear the great man you want to be isn’t breaking forth, but he will. There is a light in you, Jesus Christ, that even death could not stop from rising. You will feel the rays and the warmth of the goodness of God again, even when you least expect it.
So as the rising of the sun, let your praise be same today to the Lord also. Let it rise. This is the day that He has made for you, rejoice and be glad in it. Your sun will always come!
Prayer: Father, this really encouraged me. I’ve been experiencing some darkness, but Lord I thank You that joy comes in the morning. My sun will always come. Jesus is on my side, and You will provide. Lead me Holy Spirit and help me to let my light shine. Be glorified. I give You praise and I will rejoice today. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
