“Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever” Psalm 107:1, NKJV.
Let a deeper thanksgiving flood your heart today. Aside from being grateful for family and friends, the deeper thanksgiving that humbles you. It brings you to your knees before God because the truth is we are not entitled to anything or anyone we have. He has simply been good and merciful. All we have has been abundantly given by the Father through Christ. You couldn’t have made it alone. He has had great grace toward you, kept you, clothed you, and made a way for you.
May you be touched and thank the Lord from a real place each day. A humble heart will always birth joy, appreciation, and contentment, no matter what you have or where you are.
Prayer: Father, You have done so much in my life! I’m humbled and thankful. Thank you, Jesus, for saving me. Thank you for rescuing my life. I’m grateful for every victory, every blessing, every family member, and every instrumental person you’ve used to help me in life. I have nothing to do with any of it. I’m now blessed because of you. Help me to always thank you from a real place. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
