“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name” Psalm 100:4, NKJV.
“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” 1 Thessalonians 5:18, NKJV.
Before you ask for anything from God this morning, give Him thanks and praise. Praise Him on behalf of your family. Praise Him with conviction, power and faith. Praise Him with tenacity and passion. Praise Him for His righteousness, mercy and unending grace.
Thank Him for being your Savior and Deliverer. Thank Him for removing the chains of sin off of you. Thank Him for being there when no one else was. Thank Him for the victories. Even thank Him for the trials that He worked for your good. When you praise and thank Him, it will bring into focus how small your situation is for such a big God. It will bring into focus to be thankful for what you have and who you have in your life.
He’s been good to you! May your thankfulness impact your day and your family today.
Prayer: Father God, I thank You. I could say so much Lord. Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus for saving me. Thank You for Your love, mercy and faithfulness. I have great joy because of You. I’m thankful for the family I have and for all You have done for me! And I still haven’t seen nothing yet. Thank You Lord! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
