“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…” Revelation 12:11, NKJV.
Brother, I’ve been there. I’ve been where my faith has felt like it has been shipwrecked. I’ve been so afraid when people all around me thought I was so bold. I’ve lost the house that my wife loved. I’ve been evicted and had cars repossessed. I’ve been at the bottom. I’ve been in a place of confusion and unbelief about being able to do what He’s called me to do. I’ve been there when you have kids but not enough money to take care of them as you would like. I’ve been there doubting that I can be a good man. I’ve been there when I’ve felt like I couldn’t hear God’s voice at all.
I’ve been there, yet I can say I’m not there anymore. God did what seemed impossible for me, and He will do it for you. Jesus did something in me I thought couldn’t be restored, and He will do it for you. He won’t leave you there. He is actually right there with you. You may feel like how can He turn you around, but He’s going to pick you up and place you in your promised land, in your promised life.
Prayer: Father, thank You for encouraging me this morning and refreshing me with hope. If You did it for someone else, You will do it for me. Help me to continue to seek You and obey You. I will see good. I will see greater. I will see what You’ve promised me come to pass in my life. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
