“This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it” Psalm 118:24, NKJV.
God has never made anything the same including today. This is a new day. You’ve never had one like it, and you won’t ever have one like it again. See each day as valuable, full of blessings, new mercies, full of opportunities, full of learning, and victory.
Make the first thing you do as soon as your feet touch the floor, is rejoice and be glad to see a new day from God. He opened your eyes, HE did it, which should let you know there’s a divine plan for your life–and it’s a good one! The more you are simply thankful to see another day, the more you’ll live it. It’s not up to people. It’s not up to the devil. Your new day is up to you.
Regardless of what’s happening in your life, praise Him and have a new, fresh expectation of the Father. Today He will guide you, be good to you and be good through you. Be a light today. Let nothing keep you from sharing Jesus when God opens the door to it. Walk in joy today and give your best. Be determined to abundantly live your new day in God!
Prayer: Father, I thank You for waking me up. You have blessed me with life! You have a plan for me and it’s a good one. I’m expecting great things. I choose to live! I choose to rejoice and I choose to have faith in You. I will trust You. Help me to receive all that You have for me. Be glorified in my life today! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
