Don’t live on the ground when you were made to fly!

“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death” Romans 8:2, NKJV.

There is a law of gravity always at work in the earth. Yet, there is a law called lift and thrust that supersedes the law of gravity, giving man the ability to fly.

There may be chaos around you, but don’t live on the ground when you were made to fly! Jesus supersedes it all. You have access to great peace in him. The devil’s chains are broken. Your past can’t hold you down. Challenges can’t hold you down. There is another law at work, the law of the Spirit of life, that supersedes and is much stronger than the law of sin and death. When you operate by this law, you can live through Christ an overflowing, victorious, and abundant life.

God sent his word to lift us, and his Spirit moves us to live in our freedom. His Spirit helps us have joy when there appears to be no reason for it. You are called to shine in this climate and show others around you that you operate under a different law. Panic and weariness aren’t your portion. Peace and grace-filled strength are your portion. Wisdom and hope are your portion. In Christ, you can come eat without money. In Christ, there’s a better way to live. The fruit of the Spirit keeps you, and like an airplane with mighty wings, you will be in this hour what you were created for.

Prayer: Father, thank You for lifting me up with your word. You’ve freed me from all sin and fear. I’m free to live above it all! I am free to be who you created me to be and do what You created me to do. Help me to walk in authority over thoughts and feelings and move with you, Holy Spirit. Help me to abide in you, Father, and through Christ, I will experience abundant life. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
