“Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selahâ Psalm 62:8, NKJV.
For the man going through a difficult time. For the man who is trying to be a pillar for your family. Pray this prayer with me today: Father, I give you all the praise and glory. I will not be silent toward you. I open up to you. See every battle, every fight to trust you, and all the things I care about that I give to you. I am fighting to trust you will provide. Right now, I set myself up to be vulnerable and honest. Sometimes, this walk is hard, Father, and I need your strength. Help me. Even if I end up breaking down this morning before you as a man, I say help me.
I thank you that as I open up to you, you are opening up to me. You are opening up to me your peace. You are opening up to me strength, a great refreshing, and wisdom to get through this. You are making a way in the desert. The brightness of your will and the power of your grace are breaking through. I will press. I will endure in Christ. I will keep my faith. There is a pouring out of your truth in me right now that everything will be alright! I praise you now, and I thank you for these great things in Jesus’ name, Amen!
