In this life, it is important that you not allow anything to change the pureness of your heart and your faith, because the Christian walk is not complicated. It’s simply all about knowing Jesus and doing what He says. Don’t allow tradition or religion to complicate what being a disciple is. Love God. Love people. The same pure love and faith you had when you first got saved, don’t let anything or anyone take that away from you. Maybe when you first gave your life to the Lord, you were fearless. You weren’t full of concern about people and their opinions. You didn’t have anything to hide. You simply wanted to meet people’s needs. Let God restore the joy of your salvation and the simplicity of living for Him. You will experience your most fruitful and joyful life.
Prayer: Father, restore the joy of my salvation and the simplicity of living for you. My life is all about being an extension of Jesus Christ and lending a helping hand to someone in need today. I refuse to let the devil get me to complicate this walk with you. Help me not to be fearful or full of cares. Everything will be alright. I’m following Jesus. Be glorified in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
