“Out of my distress I called on the LORD; the LORD answered me and set me free. The Lord is on my side…” Psalm 118:5-6a, ESV.
Can I ask you a question. If God Himself was going through what you are experiencing, do you believe that He could get through it? You may say yes He would. Nothing’s too hard for God. He would definitely make it.
Then why won’t you?
The One you believe would make it, is the same One that set you up free and is on your side. You can make it too. It’s never just our situation or trial. It’s never just our marriage problem. It’s never only our fight of faith, or our journey in this life alone. It’s His. He helps us handle it like He would. The same grace that He has, He has given you and it is very sufficient. It is more than enough for not only strength, but for joy, comfort and triumph. You can make it through–and you will.
Prayer: Father, I really needed this. Sometimes, things get hard for this man, but I will get through it with You. If You can make it, I can too. I say in faith to You–You freed me and You are on my side. Your joy is my strength. Thank You for Your grace and I receive it right at this very point in my life. I will overcome. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
