You no longer live, but Christ lives in you.

October 6, 2018

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me” Galatians 2:20, NKJV.

The Apostle Paul said I am crucified with Christ. This is the ultimate statement to say you don’t live any more, yet your life is now Christ to lead. All of his sin, the sinful nature and its’ desires for doing what doesn’t please God has been nailed to the cross. Jesus lives in him and a new man has risen.

That old man may call your name, but refuse to be the man you use to be. A new man has truly risen. The devil my remind you of what you have done, even something recent, but don’t allow him to define you by it. You have been crucified with Christ and live by the faith you have in him. He removed the power of sin and its’ dominance over you, and the life God has planned for you is yours to seize and experience today. The freedom, joy, peace, strength and success is yours to experience each day. This is what He paid for.

With no condemnation, rejoice in your day. Live in Him and let Christ live through you.

Prayer: Father, thank You for sending Your Son to die for me. Jesus paid the price for my sin. I make the ultimate statement: I am crucified with Christ. I don’t live, but Christ lives me. That old man is gone. Your agenda is my agenda. My life is hid in Christ and what He has done for me. Help me to not tell myself where to go or what to do. I don’t lead, I will follow You. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
