You can walk in the fruit of the Spirit today

June 9, 2019

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law” Galatians 5:22-23, NKJV.

There’s a law against sin, but there’s no law against the fruit of the Spirit. If you’ve received Jesus into your heart, you have been given all of them and they are available at all times. You can have as much fruit as you want. You can experience as much as you desire to experience, and there are no shortages and no limits. Glory to God!

God meant for you to walk in as much love, joy and peace as you can handle. By the Spirit, you can have more self-control than you thought you could ever have. You can be kind and do good to other people all the time. You can draw from a well of longsuffering for the situations, and even the people, you need it for.

If you feel like a man that’s walking in the opposite, begin on purpose to feast on His fruit. Begin to declare each fruit at work in your life. Begin to dwell in God, and sing praises unto the Lord and be filled with the Holy Spirit (see Ephesians 5:18-19). Allow the fruit of the Holy Spirit to reign and enjoy your life.

Prayer: Father, You know the fruit that I need. I lean on You right now. Help me to walk in them and not be controlled by my flesh. There’s no law against them, so declare by Your Spirit that they reign in me. Hallelujah! As I praise and bless You, as I worship You today, fill me with the Holy Spirit, and allow the fruit of the Spirit to overflow and help me enjoy life. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
