“Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days” Psalm 90:14, ESV.
The Father just isn’t waking you up to give time in prayer in the morning. He wants to show you His mercy. He wants to show you great things. He’s joyfully trying to get something you need into your hands. He’s waking you up to give you an idea, a vision, a new song, a business venture, a ministry, or a book. He’s waking you up to answer you. He is truly pursuing to answer our prayers and take us as men higher in everything in our lives, but as his people, we have to cooperate with Him.
There will be a reward for beginning your day with getting up and obeying Him. The morning is very quiet and you’ll find yourself hearing Him clearly. He’ll show you more of Himself and great things clearly. You’ll hear Him talk to you about your family, ministry, business, and anything else that pertains to you clearly.
He is excited about the same things you are excited about in your life. He wants to position you to completely experience your calling and spread the Gospel. He wants to make your days successful. A key is to begin responding to Him calling you in the morning. Make any adjustments you need to help you wake up. You’ll find how beneficial, how satisfying it will be for your day and for your life.
Prayer: Father, thank You for speaking to me. I realize that it’s You nudging me to show me something. It can be hard to get up, but I ask for You to help me establish the discipline of waking up early to seek You when You call me. Most of all, show me more of You. I Thank You in advance.
