Taste and see that the Lord is good!

“Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him!” Psalm 34:8, NKJV

I assure you, anyone you’ve heard say that God is good, they’re not making it up. He is a Waymaker and a life changer. He will give you the desires of your heart. He will provide and prosper you. He will bless you to the core of the real need you have. He will give you divine purpose and make something glorious out of your life. Yet, just as it would require you to taste and see a new restaurant experience you’ve only heard was good, so you will have to taste and see that God is good.

He will give you joy, but you have to try Him. He will give you peace about the outcome, but you have to try Him. Try doing what He says and see He’s been waiting to be good to you. Try surrendering to His will, and you will see He’s been trying to turn your life around and bless you this entire time. You just needed to taste and see. Once you do, you will never be the same.

Be reminded He will never fail to perform His word. No matter what you are facing, try God today. He will be good to you!

Prayer: Father, I choose to taste and see that You are good in my life. Help me to put my trust in You and obey You. Because I trust You, I declare I am a blessed man. As I try You, I will see that You are good! Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
