“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin” Hebrews 4:15, NKJV.
Many times we think on just the actual death of Jesus, yet let’s consider what it took to redeem us. Jesus had to walk on this earth sinless to be the perfect sacrifice. He had to be blameless and He did it. The same fight you have each day, he fought them all and won them all. He knows and He cares about the sin you daily face. No one else may know you, but He sincerely knows what it’s like as a man to be tempted in every imaginable way. He also knows how to overcome it. If you are struggling, you can do it through him. He can and will be your champion.
Confession: Jesus was tempted at all points and did not sin. He is my Lord and King. He is my champion. He will show me and help me do the same. I believe and receive that He can help me to champion over sin. He overcame! Through Him, I can and will overcome any sin in my life today.
