No Word, No Victory. Build Your Word Life.

December 31, 2018

In these times, you can’t fight, you can’t advance, you can’t take the offensive without God’s Word. You will continue to defend, defend, defend, and never overcome the devil. The devil keeps telling you to give up, you don’t have enough faith, you’re a fearful man, you’re nothing, God can’t use you, what you did, and all the while you have no response of power. The Word is what makes the devil get off of you! The Word is what breaks the rock in pieces. The Word is what removes the strongholds in your life. God’s Word gives you a response with power! Having an awesome prayer life and all of God’s weaponry is powerful, but it isn’t God’s Word.

For daily living victories and to build your faith it takes the Word of God–the sword of the Spirit. When you put His word in you, at any given moment, the Holy Spirit uses the Word like a sword to help you dominate over your adversary. When you are faced with a decision requiring your faith, the Spirit reminds You of what God says, and you advance. When the devil tells you one thing, the Spirit quickly pulls out the sword of the Word and says no, here is the Truth! Yet without the Word, you are just like a gladiator armored down with no sword, and it is only a matter of time that your adversary will wear you down and dominate over you because you don’t have a Word life.

There are believers, battling with all our might, without the weapon of God’s Word. Jesus is the Word (John 1:14) and the more Word you put it your heart, the more you become like him. The more you become like Him, the more you dominate, the more you walk in faith, the more you will advance this year!

Prayer: Father, thank You for Your mighty Word. Help me to be complete believer, where I not only can pray, fast and praise You, but I have the sword of the Spirit–Your Word. I ask for a great desire, a discipline and habit of reading and studying the Bible. Your Word is the key to moving forward and being who You have called me to be. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Study: Ephesians 6:13-17, Matthew 4:4-11, John 14:26
