Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!

May 5, 2017

“Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy” Psalm 107:2, KJV.

Redeemed in Hebrew means to to be next of kin, as in to buy back a relative’s property. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. It means let the redeemed say that they have been redeemed. “Why should I say it? Why should I say that have been bought back by the precious sacrifice of Jesus Christ?”

There is something powerful about saying where you belong and what the Lord has done for you. When you actually say you’re redeemed, it reminds you of who you are. You were far away in the enemy’s hands, but Jesus bought you back and you’re home now. No matter what you go through, He has given you a home for your soul, a place of rest. Jesus paid the price for you and you are in the family of God.

It helps you not forget your place in God and remember the devil’s place in your life. The devil, nor sin, has no level of ruler-ship in any area of your life, and he doesn’t want you to say it. But don’t be silent. You are no longer the enemy’s property, but you are God’s son and whom the Son has sets free, is free indeed.

No matter what you face, you can be still and trust God, saying and expecting to always receive everything, every promise, every provision, that comes with your mighty redemption. Say I’m redeemed!

Prayer: Father, thank You for what Jesus has done for me. I am redeemed and I say so! I speak according to what You say, not what I see. Help me to line up my mouth to speak of my redemption. I belong to You. I thank You and I declare I am redeemed! In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Good morning Gigi! Our apologies for just seeing your message. Stay encouraged. “He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.” (Psalm 107:20). The key to transformation is the word of God. Begin to locate scriptures on deliverance and put His word in your heart. Begin to think on them and talk to God and allow Him to speak to you. Allow the wonder-working power of His word to deliver you.

Stand on the truth that Jesus has made you free. “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” John 8:32 & 36.
