“But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble” James 4:6, KJV.
Pray this prayer with me: Father, I thank You. I’m humbling myself to Your Word today. I’m humbling myself to Your Will today. I bow before You and let You be Lord of my life. There is no good thing that I can do on my own. All of the strength, all of the love, all of the joy and all of the perseverance I need comes from You.
You are my Source. Help me Father to remain humble today. You said if I humble myself, You’ll exalt me in due time. You said if I walk humbly, You will give me grace. I receive Your mighty grace and I thank You for living through me today. I thank You for doing great things through me today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
