“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience” James 1:2-3, NKJV.
As we wait on God in faith, we give God room to bring His great plans for us to pass, no matter how long it may be. God’s timing is always better than ours. God’s outcome is always better than ours also. Whatever you’re waiting for, you will receive His best and it will be far better than you could have imagined or asked for.
Your faith is the substance. It is what’s in your hands, and although it is being proven and tested right now, count it all joy. You may not have what you desire, but you, without question, have the God that you will receive it from! The devil is a liar. God hasn’t left you. He hasn’t forsaken you. He only will do good toward you. He is working on your behalf, and your situation is working for you also.
It is producing the mighty fruit of patience and with patience on your side, what can you not receive from the Lord? What battle can you not see victory and overcome? Count it all joy because you may not have the money, but the written check is in your hands! Glory to God! He will see you through!
So be encouraged right now while you are waiting on that situation to work out, that financial backing, that blessing. Consider your entire experience joy. Your faith is being proven, bringing about His will for you, but what’s most rewarding and eternal, His will IN you. When the wait is over, YOU won’t lack no good thing!!
Prayer: Father, I thank You during this time of waiting and I won’t back down with my faith. I ask for patience to continue to trust You and not listen to the enemy about the outcome. I count it all joy! I will praise You. You are working behind the screens something great and I thank You for it. When this is over, I won’t lack no good thing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
