You’re never too far to get back in His will.

April 1, 2023

“If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land” Isaiah 1:19, ESV.

“But this command I gave them: ‘Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people. And walk in all the way that I command you, that it may be well with you.” Jeremiah 7:23, ESV.

Just as we can make wrong turns while driving, we can make wrong turns in life. We can feel like we’re off course in God’s will for our lives and genuinely desire to get back on track. You may be asking, “God, how do I get from this place that I am in, back into Your will? How do I get to where God wants me to be?”

Some of us may need to go to the place of our last obedience. What was the last thing you remember God asked of you, and did you do it? Did you lean on your own understanding and make a decision that the Father didn’t ask you to make? That’s where the turn back towards the plan of God begins. That’s when things will become well for you again. That’s where all the confusion will cease, and peace will fill your life.

You are never too deep or too far away to get back on God’s path for your life. He will restore you. And don’t worry my brother, He will work it all divinely for your good.

Prayer: Father, thank you for never leaving me where I am. You are ready to help me get my life back on track. I want your perfect will for my life. I declare I will obey and eat the good of the land again! Show me my last place of obedience. May I begin there and do what you told me to do. As I do, I praise you in advance for turning things around for me. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
