You Lack Nothing

May 2, 2023

“Adonai is my shepherd; I lack nothing” Psalm 23:1, Complete Jewish Bible.

It is great to know that because the Lord is your Shepherd, you will not lack. Yet, the meaning of this scripture is present tense, which is saying you lack nothing already. Right where you are with the Lord as your Shepherd, you have what you need because you have Who you need.

All is well in Him.

So even if you don’t have the money, you don’t lack the wisdom to receive what you don’t have in your hand. You don’t lack the God Who prospers His people. The One Who Provides is your Shepherd. He will take care of you. He is your abundant supply, and you lack nothing, even in the midst of challenges. If you need peace while you wait, Jesus will give you hope and peace as You trust in His faithfulness. You can sit at the feet of the Shepherd and know He has already given you victory.

This is the place of pasture that the Lord wants us to live in. Let this be your posture of faith as a victorious believer.

Prayer: Father, thank you. Because you, Jesus, are my Shepherd, right now, I lack nothing. You have me in Your hands. I am blessed and favored. Let the revelation of your word strengthen my faith in a new way. No matter how it appears, all is well, and I can cast all cares on you. You are my Shepherd, and I will never lack. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
