I work with aircraft and engines where there are spare parts. If the original part is lost or damaged, we can just call spares and get a new one.
You are not a spare part. You are not a duplicate that God switches out to use. You are original, fashioned, and fit by God to be who only you can be. There’s no replacement of you my brother. Others may do it, but there is only one of you. God gave other people gifts, and abilities and made them wonderful also, but can’t no one can do it like you do it. It confirms how great you are ordained to be.
God also has a specific plan for your life. One. There is no spare of your calling and purpose. This means He won’t switch out His plan for you because you had a damaging moment. His plan remains intact and He simply fixes you. He makes all things new and restores you to your original place. God wants you to be you and be who He called you to be.
Prayer: Father, thank You for fearfully and wonderfully making me. I’ve been through some things, but You fixed me and made me new. Your plan is still intact for me. You desire for me to be everything You created me to be. Show me more of the greatness in me. Help me be me and let You use me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
