The Lord is holy, and there is none like him. He is love, gracious, and mighty. Full of mercy, lovingkindness, righteousness, and awe. He is to be revered for all that he is. Strength and splendor are only his. With an outstretched arm, he rescued Israel out of Egypt. With great power, he raised his son Jesus from the grave. From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, He is greatly to be praised.
As you wake up, make your boast in God. The all-sufficient One. Your heavenly Father who would move heaven and earth for you. You know who he is, and it’s a great moment to let the enemy know about the God you serve. You’ll see how your joy will rise and how small life’s issues become.
Prayer: Father, I bless your name. How great is our God! I make my boast not in the problem or anyone. I make my boast in you! Help me to fill this day with praise in my heart and my mouth, boasting on the God I serve. Boasting on the God that always comes through. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
