“If He dresses the lilies with beauty and splendour, how much more will He clothe you. If He watches over every sparrow, how much more does He love you” – Jireh, Maverick City.
He’s kept you and carried you. Be thankful for the God who clothes you. Grateful that He watches over you. You may be hurting, but you can thank God that He heals all wounds. He is the God of overflow and divine rescue. In the midst of what you’re going through, reach for thankfulness. You are in God’s perfect will for your life when you thank Him. A thankful man is a faith-filled man. You’ll find the Father is reaching right back to you. He will speak. He will deliver. Some men reach for the bottle. You reach for thankfulness.
The gratitude you reach for will cause you to find God right where you are in life—the God who is good and who knows every why. The God of the breakthrough. The God who brings water supernaturally in desert places.
He says Reach for Me and be thankful.
Prayer: Father, I praise you! I reach for you in my thankfulness. You are my Waymaker! You are the God who heals and mends. You are the God of the breakthrough. You hold all the whys in my life. Help me to obey You by thanking You. I receive great joy today. Use me to be a light and a great blessing today. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
