“So He said to them, “When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” Luke 11:2, NKJV.
Sometimes at points in our lives, we don’t know what to specifically ask for from God. Some things are happening in your life outside of your control that you truly don’t understand. You don’t know which way to turn or how to change. The decisions you make are crucial right now, and it’s important to make the right ones.
One of the greatest, constant prayers that you can pray in those moments is for the Father’s will to be done in your life and to have Your way. You don’t know everything, but He does. He knows your current and future needs. He also knows how to turn your heart, into a heart like His.
Trust Him and pray that He has His way within you. Ask for God to have His way in your dating and in your marriage. Ask for God to have His way in your home. Ask God to have His way in those situations in which your hands are tied and only He can turn them around. Ask sincerely for the Father to have His way, and then, allow Him to.
Prayer: Father, I thank You for Jesus showing us how to pray. You are holy and there is none like You Father. I humble myself and sincerely ask for Your will to be done. You know every detail. You know every need. Have Your way in the earth. Fix me. Change me. Have your way in me, and may I yield and allow You to do it. Have Your in and through my life and cause everything You have for me to abundantly come to pass! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
