“Let Your hand become my help, for I have chosen Your precepts” Psalm 119:173, NKJV.
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me” Galatians 2:20, NKJV.
Father, I give you all the praise and am grateful for all you have done for me. Let it be all you today in my life. Not the love I have in my own capacity, but let it be your love that I walk in. Not my own manufactured peace, but let it be your peace that I walk in. Not my strength that only carries me so far, but let it be your strength that helps me overcome. Let it be all you and none of me. Let it be your encouragement and counsel that flows from my heart to someone who needs that boost today. Let me not lean onto my own understanding and be rushed in my decisions, but allow your wisdom to flow in my life. Let me allow your Spirit to speak and govern my life. I don’t need more of me, but more of you. Not my humility, but Jesus’ humility that brought you from heaven to relate and show compassion to those around me. Because I am humble, you will exalt me. You will cause me to thrive in all circumstances. I love and serve you alone, no matter what. I bless your faithful name. At the end of today, I will say it was you and not me. In Jesus’ mighty name, I pray, Amen!
