“From the rising of the sun to its going down the Lord’s name is to be praised. The Lord is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens” Psalm 113:3-4, NKJV.
As I looked outside my window this morning, I saw a clear, blue sky. The brightness of the sun was perfect as it it was rising. I watched soft, fresh breezes come by and blow on the trees. I heard the sound of birds chirping, as if they were happy to be alive. I was too.
It’s the simple things that we find God in and see He hasn’t changed. Things are happening all around us, but look outside. You will see the Lord hasn’t changed. His goodness, beauty of life and what He has in store for you hasn’t changed. His greatness is still unmatched. He reigns, and He is greatly to be praised!
Prayer: Father, thank You for speaking to me. From the going down of the sun, to the rising of the same, You are to be praised! You are Creator, Alpha and Omega. All that I see, including me, speaks of Your glory. Jesus is Lord. You haven’t changed and Your plans haven’t changed for me. You are greatly to be praised! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
