Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness” Psalms 37:3 NKJV.
“He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it” 1 Thessalonians 5:24, NKJV.
The word “faithful” appears 28 times in the Old Testament and 50 times in the New Testament. We are living in a time when despite what we see, God’s faithfulness is being displayed like never before. He is faithful to His promises and keeps His covenant with us.
Feed on His faithfulness today. You will never need Him, and He not somehow be there. He is a very present help in your time of need. You will never need provision and He not provide, even beyond what you’ve asked for. You will never be in trouble and He not make a way. Even when you haven’t been faithful, He will always be faithful. You could have lost something, but He is faithful to restore you.
Maybe you used to be strong in God, and you’re wondering if can you get your fire back. You have seen what God can do in your life and wonder if He will move again. Yes, God can, and yes, God will. He that has called you is faithful, and He will also do it! Keep doing good, trusting in the character of your Father. He will show Himself to do what He said He would do!
Prayer: Father, I praise you. I rejoice over your promises, and I choose to feed on your faithfulness today. I set my heart and mind to trust you. Thank you for not giving up on me. Thank you for your plans and for making everything in my life better than I could ever imagine. You are faithful and you will do it. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
