“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing” 2 Timothy 4:7-8, NKJV.
The reward is ahead, so keep pushing. The promise is before you, so keep pushing. Just because you have to push, doesn’t mean it’s not God’s will for you. Just because you have to apply great effort, doesn’t mean it isn’t yours to possess.
It is a battle sometimes to keep the faith to see your victory. One step of obedience after the other, one transparent prayer to God after another. The struggle to get what the Lord put in you, out of you is real. Yet, if we want manifestation in our lives, we have to push ourselves beyond what we’re comfortable with.
Even if you need someone or a friend close to you to pray for you to help you hold on, ask for it. Whatever it takes. Keep pressing. By God’s grace, you can keep pushing.
Prayer: Father, I praise You! You are my all and all, and I thank You for encouraging me to keep pressing. Help me, Jesus, to keep pushing like You. I can’t get stagnant now. I can’t let go now. I thank You that my reward is ahead of me, even in these times You are doing great things for me. I ask and receive the grace to keep pushing. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
