When you’re thirsty, draw from your salvation.

“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid…Therefore with joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation” Isaiah‬ ‭12:2-3‬, NKJV‬.

“For He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness” Psalms‬ ‭107:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

What is a well? It is a source of water made by digging a hole within the earth. In biblical times, they were a valuable resource not built far away, but very close to where a reliable supply of water was. It has something to draw with and wells cannot be moved.

God desires for us to draw more from Him in these times. You are a man, built to handle many things, but when you’re thirsty, you need to joyfully draw from Jesus Christ! There is a well of courage in your salvation and you can draw it out. There is a well of strength in your salvation and you can draw it out. There is a well of mercy, wisdom, strength, and more within your salvation and you can draw it out. No matter what you go through, He’s always close, and will never be moved.

The salvation the Father has provided in Christ is a rescue not only for your soul but for everything that pertains to living and overcoming in this life. Draw by faith from Him today.

Prayer: Father, my salvation in You has many wells. I can come to You for everything! I can to You for every rescue I need. I am not my source, You are. According to Your word, I come and draw with joy today. Help me to lean on and understand You more Jesus and this great salvation found in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
