“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows]” John 10:10, Amplified.
Things that sit become stale. Things that move stay lively, fresh, and new.
This year won’t wait, like last year didn’t. Don’t wait any longer to live your best life. God gives you life each day, but you have to live it. Jesus has set you free, but you have to not live bound. You have liberty to live and the Holy Spirit is already inspiring you with His will, how to walk, to set people free, and at the same time, to abundantly enjoy your life.
You aren’t getting any younger, so move with pace. Don’t wait until all the kids are out of the house, and then you’ll go here or there. Don’t wait until everything becomes perfect, because it won’t be. But rather live. One obedient step after another, watch God make life better. Watch God make your life fresh and new again.
Prayer: Father, thank you for encouraging me to live. I thank you. Make this the best year of my life. Show me, Father, how to let go and live. Help me to remove any limits of waiting, fears, and do what the Holy Spirit inspires me to do. In this season, I’m going to move into new things and enjoy my life too. Jesus came to give me life abundantly, and that’s what I receive and walk in. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen!
