“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert” Isaiah 43:19, NKJV.
One of the toughest parts of renovating a home is when you have to uproot all the old things inside of it. From old cabinets, old tile, unwanted walls, windows, appliances, tubs, and more, it all must be removed and/or demolished. Yet, if we allow that home to go through the process and be renovated, it will be made into something beyond what you can recognize, beyond what you can imagine.
Your renovator is God, and He is removing the old and establishing the new.
He is removing your old mindset, old perspectives, and old way of doing things. He is uprooting the old pursuits, the ones that have not caused you to arrive at His plans for your life, into new pursuits that will. He’s giving you a new mind about your purpose and what truly will fulfill you.
He is giving you a new perspective on wealth and a new way to get it. You’re leaving the old places in your life. He is demolishing lies and fears, establishing the Truth of His Word and faith. He is putting your plan to the side and saying try this one. He is doing a new thing in your life and He wants you to know it.
Your new has come. It is here. Don’t run from what is happening in your life. In these times, the believer that holds on to the old, will remain stuck and barren with the old. The believer that let’s God lead them into the new thing He’s doing, will see great blessing and reward.
Prayer: Thank You Father, I see now what You are doing. You are renovating me. Continue to remove the old and establish the new in my life. I don’t want the old any more. I want new in every area of my life. Help me to respond in faith and do the new things You are showing me. I will go Lord. It’s time for the new! Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
