You are in a good place

April 25, 2020

“You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills will burst into song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands! Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up…” Isaiah 55:12-13a, NLT.

You may feel like you’re in a bad place, but you’re in a good place. Look around and see all that the Lord is doing for you. A loving God is on your side. If you keep in your view the things that aren’t the way you want them to be, that the enemy keeps putting before you, you won’t see all the good that is already happening in your life.

Be still and know that He is God. Keep the good in mind. God is doing a great work in you, even now. His plans are coming to pass, and He is determined to help you receive what He said. Your hurdles are to be jumped over and not allow them to keep you from running the race that Christ has already won.

Prayer: Father, I give you great praise! Thank You for speaking to me this morning. Thank You for Your joy. You’ve done and are doing great things! I’m in a good place. Despite what it looks like naturally, by Your Spirit, I know, and I see that You’re working it all out. Help me to stay reminded of all the good that is happening in my life. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
