Unafraid

March 21, 2017

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9, NKJV

Three times God told Joshua to be of good courage and to not be afraid. That is the same thing God is saying to you. Don’t be afraid of your circumstance because He will deliver you. Don’t be afraid of where He is taking You because He is with You. Fear will keep us in the same place and we don’t find ourselves experiencing anything new in life.

Fear will cause you to accept being comfortable where you are, instead of being excited about where you are going. It will tell you that you can’t do great things, so you have to settle for what you have. Like Joshua, your promise land is ahead and only be of good courage. Go get what God says is yours. God is commanding you to go get your blessing! Go get what He has for you. Keep God’s word before you and do it, because it will be the key to your success.

Prayer: Father, you have told me to not be afraid, but be of good courage. I can do what You are instructing me to do. It is time to enter into what You have for my life and I will be unafraid. Through You, I can do it! I am designed and equipped to do what You have called me to do. I will go forward and possess the land you have for me. Help me keep Your word before me, and I thank You for it bringing me good success. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
