See His Faithfulness

April 12, 2017

“Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” 1 Thessalonians 5:24

The word “faithful” appears 28 times in the Old Testament and 50 times in the New Testament. We are living in a time when we are seeing God’s faithfulness like never before. He is faithful to His promises, faithful to His children, faithful to keeping His end of the covenant. If He is faithful, everything about Him is faithful also. You will never need Him and He not be there for you. He is very present help in time of need. You will never need provision and He not provide for you. He supplies all your need according to His riches in glory. You will never be in trouble and He not show you a way out. He is faithful to make a way out so that you can bear it. You will never lose something and He not cause you to experience it again. He is a faithful restorer. Don’t doubt His ability.

Maybe you were married to the best woman ever, but you lost her. Maybe you were blessed to have a great career, but somehow you lost the job. Maybe you had a successful organization, but somehow you lost it. You have seen what God can do in your life and you are wondering if He can ever do it again? Yes, God will do it again. He will show Himself to be faithful. What He has promised, He will do. Faithful is He that has called you, He will do it. Rather than looking at what you have lost, look at His faithfulness. Rather than looking at the problem, fix your eyes on the faithfulness of your God. If you can look forward with eyes of faith, you’ll see Him do great and wonderful things!

Prayer: Father God, You are mighty and You are great! Thank You for Your faithfulness toward me. Thank You for performing Your word toward me. I align my heart and mind with Your word. Thank You for doing it again for me and making everything in my life better than I could ever imagine. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
