Return to a place of rest

May 8, 2019

“Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you” Psalms 116:7, NKJV.

You ever had to return to the place of rest that you constantly dwelled in? You may have moved far from it, yet you can return back to it. Leave that place of stress and worry, and return to your place of rest. That place of rest in the Lord.

Remember all the things that God is doing and say the Lord has got this too. Look at everything He has done. Look at how over the years He’s dealt well with you and blessed you, even beyond what you deserve. He’s been and will be good, so rest. He’s faithful, so rest. It’s already done, so peace be still and rest.

Prayer: Father, I give You all the glory and I thank You for a place of rest. Help me to let go by faith and rest. You got it. My needs and my entire life is in Your hands. You’ve been good and faithful. I say peace be still and I will rest in You. Thank you Jesus. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.
