“But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper” Psalm 1:2-3, NKJV.
“Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day” Psalm 119:97, NKJV.
Sometimes, you just need one scripture. You just need one to hold on to and to set your faith on. You only need one to stir your joy and give you strength in your life. One word from God can change your circumstance, or change you while you are in the middle of it. God will speak through His word, and provide exactly what you need.
Get a scripture regarding what God has promised you, what you are facing, a need you have, or maybe you are seeking to simply know God more. Start there. Meditate on a little and watch God make it into more. Take a little of His word and think on it while go here and while you go there. Before you know it, the day has gone by and you notice more of His word dwells richly in you.
Prayer: Father, thank You that Your words they are spirit and they are life. One word from You can change my entire perspective on where I am. Lead me to just one scripture that is exactly what I need right now and change my life. As I go here and as I go there today, let it remain on my heart no matter what comes. I declare I am a man with great joy and peace because Your word dwells richly in me . In Jesus’ name, Amen!
