God will be glorified, so stand.

July 4, 2017

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us” Romans 8:18 NIV.

In times of suffering it may be hard to hear God’s voice. Everything is difficult and you fear you may never see the light of day again. Today I am here to tell you to hold on for weeping endures in the night and joy comes in the morning. The battles you think you have to fight have already been won by God. May knowing the glory that shall be revealed in you cause you to bear up and mightily stand.

He will give you new strength and new energy. With His wings you will fly in the highest heavens. All you need to do is lift your arms, like Moses had to lift his staff to do God’s work, and Joshua had to raise his sword against Ai to ensure victory. Lift your arms and surrender for there is freedom in surrender and the plans God has for you are always good.

Prayer: Father God. Thank You for strengthening me with Your Word. I pray that You saturate my soul with Your presence today, that You may overflow and spill forth from my being and give birth to new glories in Your Name. Nothing compares to the glory that shall be revealed in me. Let nothing stand in my way as I seek to do Your will. In the name of my Lord Jesus Christ, Amen!
